Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team of one to three digital producers while working with internal Digital/Social Media, TV Production and creative writing teams to develop compelling video elements for various digital platforms
• Represent Digital media in weekly TV production meetings which are led by the highest of senior-level executives
• Key liaison between Home and Road content teams
• Managing, organizing, and coordinating staff to produce various digital video assignments
• Conduct interviews for digital video and text with WWE Superstars and Divas, past and present
• Responsible for quality control for all aspects of production and content for digital projects
• Responsible for developing compelling video elements that compliment WWE storylines and characters, for posting on digital platforms but with the understanding that said elements may also be shown on broadcast TV
• Handling ad hoc projects/requests from various departments on and off the road
Qualifications:
• 5 years of related work experience in Live TV/Digital/Post production. Journalism experience a plus.
• Experience in field production, managing a video/film shoot and producing/directing on-air talent
• Background in writing, producing and editing short and long-form programming
• Background in on-air talent producing and directing
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Adept at making presentations to senior level executives
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Knowledgeable about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent and storylines
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking, action and results
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing and able to travel extensively (both domestic and international), including weekends and holidays
• Clean driver's license
• BA in Communications, English, Broadcast Journalism, Digital Media or related field of study
