Full Time Job
The Senior Analyst, Media Analytics will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders through quantitative analytics, specifically with respect to WWE's digital media marketing operations. This role will be responsible for reporting and analysis, digital media intelligence, automated dashboards, scorecards, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with various business groups, including Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Senior Management to carry out learning agenda for paid and owned digital media performance
• Assist in the coordination of data collection from point of origin, which may include contacting various vendors/agencies to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or obtain missing data; responsible for data quality and integrity
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports measuring Media Campaign performance
• Perform ad-hoc analyses; analyzing content of data and developing observations, insights and recommendations based on the results
• Deliver individual projects and tasks in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining priorities across various Media Analytics projects
Essential Qualifications:
• 3 years of related experience in Media and/or Marketing Analytics
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of omni-channel marketing, including paid media, owned media, CRM, retail/eComm, and web design/user flow and an understanding of ad unit formats across both desktop and mobile devices
• Proficiency in extracting, analyzing and interpreting data from standard web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and from Paid/Owned Media platforms such as DFA, DFP, DS3, AdWords, Bing, etc.
• Advanced Excel Skills including complex functions and data visualization
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Bachelor degree in quantitative discipline (Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Other Relevant Experience (a plus):
• Experience in television, consumer mobile/internet, online/mobile gaming, and/or OTT analytics
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, etc.), Visualization and Dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Domo, etc.) and/or coding/advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Hadoop, Python, etc.)
• Basic technical knowledge of Javascript/HTML/GTM to help QA ads and ad tagging
• Experience with online attitudinal and behavioral measurement vendors/tools (e.g., comScore, Nielsen, Dynamic Logic, etc.)
• Experience with strategy/planning using MTA/MMM models
