The Live Event Producer will be responsible for the entire production of the live event; from carrying storyline throughout the show, adding creative and entertaining elements, directing the production manager regarding lighting cues and music, to meeting with the producers regarding match outcomes. This position needs to be someone with on-the-road and live event experience and needs to have a bigger picture mentality. The Live Event Producer needs to have strong leadership and organizational skills combined with a creative mindset. The Live Event Producer needs to quickly develop an understanding of WWE creative, WWE television production, and have relevant experience in live event production.
The L.E. Producer must have excellent communication and relationship building skills as success in this role will require working across multiple departments including Talent Relations, Merchandise, Event Technical Operations and Live Event Marketing. The candidate must be able to adapt to a well-defined organizational culture; have the ability to be flexible, make decisions, and be well organized.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Direct all elements of the live event production including music, lights, integration of storyline, etc.
* Manage Production Staff.
* MUST be willing to travel extensively Friday through Tuesday including holidays.
Required Experience and Knowledge
* Ten + yrs experience managing live event productions
* Knowledge of Martin lighting and video equipment, ENCO products and arena display products
* Experience with a travelling show
* Five + yrs managerial experience
* Exceptional creative ability
* Experience managing fan engagement programs
