Full Time Job
WWE is considering energetic, organized, proactive Administrative Assistant candidates to join our team of professionals at WWE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full administrative support to an executive(s) and the broader departmental team
• General office duties, including but not limited to, handling calls, visitors, emails, office supplies, mail, scanning, calendar management, etc.
• Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
• Plan and book travel arrangements
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Anticipate the needs of the executive(s) and department, and plan ahead to ensure efficient departmental functioning
• Coordinate IT and Facilities support as needed
• Complete daily tasks with little to no direction in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare/reconcile expense reports
• Maintain time-off calendar for the department
• Implement and coordinate special projects as assigned
• Stay up-to-date on WWE programs, storylines, products, and Talent
Qualifications:
• Experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Able to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Project management skills and experience preferred
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy, with ability to work professionally and discreetly with confidential information
• Excellent attention to detail, but also able to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with strong sense of tact
• Able to interact well with employees and business partners of all levels and backgrounds
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively using good business judgment and common sense
• Comfortable working with and maintaining various forms of technology and electronic equipment
• Can-do, positive, flexible attitude and demeanor, and willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to maintain the smooth functioning of the department/company
• Bachelor degree preferred
