Viacom branded networks reach almost 4 billion cumulative subscribers in more than 180 countries and territories via some 270 locally programmed and operated TV channels in more than 40 languages. It also owns many digital media and mobile TV properties.
We are seeking a Vice President, Content Analytics and Brand Management to join us.
This challenging role will require an ability to;
• Manage numerous EVP level brand relationships
• Remotely inspire and guide finance partners across International
• Oversee and influence multiple, vertical VIMN brand p&ls
• Provide VIMN leadership and strategy team with all content and marketing investment analytics including monthly and quarterly analysis, forecasting cycle, budget and outlook (R&O’s)
• Manage, develop and guide VIMN’s NY team of content and marketing finance professionals
• Lead and provide financial brand support to VIMN’s Flagship 6 (F6) brand management teams including
- Vertical brand p&l management and reviews
- Facilitate F6 content portfolio performance analytics – ratings, investment, contribution margin per content bucket
- Assess show performance analytics – ratings, investment, contribution margin per show
- Ad hoc requests, participation in offsite meetings, etc
• Lead approval process for content investment approval, work with programming team, and implement standard ROI
• Manage all central (IPC) content and marketing investment, as well as relationship with the programming management teams
• Provide support to the clusters in optimizing content and marketing structures including organization recommendation, share database tools, processes and provide direction to the programming finance team from all regions/clusters
• Coordinate with the accounting team genre curve analysis and NRV analysis – assure all stakeholders are well informed with all the decisions related to the findings
Basic Qualifications
• 10 – 15 years relevant work experience; entertainment experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience supervising a team, setting objectives and monitoring performance
• Experience working with analytics systems
• Commercially focused with a client service approach
Additional Qualifications
• CPA or MBA qualified preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and management skills
• Confidence in dealing and building relationships with all levels of management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Well organised with strength in prioritising
• Flexible attitude to achieve results
