VOD Assistant
Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that content required for publication is available
• Coordinate the movement and delivery of media for VOD publishing
• Support the VOD ops team within the day to day workflows
• Work closely with Media Desk and International Content Management to re-source content for VOD Operations
• Process VOD specific versions for distribution to international stakeholders
• Source, compile and upload editorial metadata requirements to What’s On CMS
• Create and compile images for each Platform as per specifications and editorial guidelines
• Work closely with Australian Commercial team to build a Master Content Availability resource
• Be adaptable to work with the team to deliver against new VOD initiatives, whether that is new Platforms, schedules, commercial deals or development
• Be an active part of the team, working on the development of internal systems to host VOD packages

ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
• Prior experience of Channel Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills, adept at liaising with a range of different stakeholders across an international organisation. Identifying issues and problem solving
• Keen eye to detail in creative and operational tasks
• Strong Photoshop skills essential, adept with layers and creating logos.
• Good knowledge of the evolving VOD environment and an informed view on future developments
• An understanding of Viacom International organisational structure and operational processes is desirable
• Passionate about TV and creating its future
• Good Microsoft Office skills including in particular experience of Outlook, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere desirable
• An aptitude for systems and workflow processes
• Keen attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
