Full Time Job
The Business Development Coordinator’s role is to support and enhance the functions of the Ad Sales team through strategic and logistical contributions to pitches, closed plans and trade marketing events. He/She will liaise with Ad Sales managers, Revenue strategy team and Labs with the goal of providing support to Ad Sales team by working on key client strategies, industry decks and facilitation of new business generation for the Miami and Latin America region.
Primary responsibilities will include ideation, PowerPoint presentations, follow ups with clients and agencies, project management, support in the execution of closed deals, involvement in strategic pitches of new business and categories, and coordination with traffic department to ensure correct delivery of deals.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or relevant experience.
• Exceptional Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Outlook.
• Speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently; Portuguese a plus.
• 2 Years of experience.
