We are seeking a Showroom Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. The Showroom Operations Manager leads by example and delivers superior guest service in a fast-paced, clean and safe environment. Consistently create a welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and improve guest experience with exceptional customer service
-Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
-Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
-Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
-Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a live production theater is a must
-Must have previous management experience
-Strong customer service and people skills
-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Strong leadership qualities
