Job title: Spinnup Artist Support Coordinator (12 month contract)

Spinnup is an innovative approach to talent discovery in the music industry. It’s an international digital platform and service helping unsigned musicians to distribute their music globally and to get heard by the industry. Spinnup is established in UK, Germany, Sweden, France, Denmark, Norway.
The artist support team is a fundamental part of Spinnup as they are the first point of contact for all our Spinnup artists. Your responsibility within the team will be a two fold role: ensuring that all releases are delivered efficiently following the correct metadata guidelines; responding to any user queries ensuring they receive a positive experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for all artist service queries that come through the support desk
• Quality checking the metadata on all Spinnup releases
• Delivering all the Spinnup releases to the stores
• Supporting the Customer Success Manager in the day-to-day tasks associated with our distribution partner FUGA
• Championing the FUGA system so that they can train the team internally
• Help to build a strong relationship with FUGA with the potential to travel to their offices in Amsterdam
• Handling all ticket escalation from Spinnup territories ensuring the proper escalation process is followed
• Responsible for understanding how the DSPs we deliver to work and the advantages they have for our artists
Person specification
Essential
• Proficiency working with Zendesk or other customer support services
• Experience working with metadata and the iTunes guidelines
• An understanding of how to effectively communicate with customers online
• Previous experience of working with an online customer service team
• Technically and analytically minded to help ensure we are working with our distribution partner as effectively as possible
• Passionate about working in digital distribution
• Team player, capable of building relationships to get things done
• Time-efficient
• Capable of working autonomously as well as with a team
• A strong communicator both verbally and written to help work with the internal team and the artists
• Keen to take ownership of things and help to build the team
