About the Role
Reporting to SVP HR, partner with managers and employees across Asia-Pacific region to deliver tangible business value through the use of latest employee engagement and development models.
You will be responsible for:
• Innovation and implementation of employee engagement, learning and development programs with initiatives that support delivery of the business strategy including; business transformation, diversity and inclusion, culture, change and development;
• Localisation of global learning & development programs for roll-out across Asia-Pacific region.
• Work closely with Managers to facilitate annual employee self-assessment and development cycle.
• Manage the LMS platform. This includes creation of programs, maintaining attendance records and data analytical insights reporting.
• Ensure our HR initiatives and processes are optimised and aligned to business strategy and budget requirements.
