Description
Job title: International Digital Assistant
Responsible to: Head of Digital
Department: Digital, Caroline International
Location of work: SARM Village
Main purpose of role
To work alongside the Digital team to providing support and assistance to them and the wider marketing team as necessary.
Duties will include but not be limited to: -
• Fully understand the latest innovations, updates across key social media channels and consumer trends in the streaming market and digital media.
• Work with the International Head of Digital and Digital Media Manager to deliver social media KPI and a regular weekly reporting structure.
• Working with our partners to administer and run artist social media campaigns and channel manage where required.
• Deliver value for the artists we work with providing excellent management and support, where required of all their digital activities.
• Brand development – Caroline International – Ensure Best Practise across Caroline International's Social media roll output and drive development of the labels brand with International Head of Digital. Run label website and socials, developing a regular insiders blog.
• Working with the Digital Team support with weekly reporting on streaming and playlist activity across a myriad of KPI's.
• Find, engage and maintain relevant target audiences via digital platforms.
• Work closely with International Head of Digital to build out a suite of best practise assets and implementation for artist and label campaigns.
Cross functional relationships
• Work with International Head of Digital and Digital Media Manager to help ensure a consistent dialogue with the following departments in order to maintain a digital approach and implement digital deal opportunities.
• Work closely with the UK and International Marketing departments to ensure Artist and Label social channels reflect campaign needs from media posting to retail posting.
Excellence in execution
• Support the rollout of digital best practice across the label and associated shared functions e.g. International Marketing
Person Specification

• Must have a full understand of the latest innovations and consumer trends in digital media.
• Comprehensive knowledge of key social platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tumblr.
• Excellent awareness of the streaming market and its constant evolution.
• Aptitude for technical tasks and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent Photoshop skills.
• Good HTML skills.
• Video production editing experience.
• Experience using/ maintaining social networking sites & streaming services (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud)
• Passionate about music with a desire to work in digital and progress in the music industry.
• Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the business.
• Highly organised with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Flexible and able to prioritise own workload.
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• May occasionally be requested to travel within Europe and attend gigs in London on a regular basis.
