Overview
U-Live is a promoter, producer and investor in live entertainment. The U-Live portfolio includes Festivals and Outdoor Formats, Live Film and Musical Theatre.
Working across U-Live's festival and concert portfolio, the Customer Service & Ticketing Assistant will play a key role in the smooth running of ticketing operations. From setting up new events and managing guest lists, to responding to customer queries and dealing with issues on site, the successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly, stay organised and prioritise a busy workload.
Person Specification
Essential:
• Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Able to multitask, prioritise workload and stay calm and objective during times of pressure
• Willingness to get hands dirty with a proactive attitude in looking for solutions to problems
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Reliable numeracy skills with sound experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• A passion for live music and an interest in the current music landscape across a broad range of genres
• An appetite for hard work and a flexible approach to working hours
Desirable:
• Knowledge and experience of the Live Music Industry
