Description
Universal Music Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience supporting a high-level executive with discretion and confidentiality. This Candidate must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. No task is too small and no challenge too great. A “can-do” attitude is essential.
Job Functions:
• Telephone coverage for SVP
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings
• Complete expense reports
• Make travel arrangements for SVP and Creative Directors / Art Directors
• Generate contracts for photography, designer and illustrator’s, track and send for signatures, distribute fully executed agreements to talent and business affairs
• Management of all creative invoices
• Maintain photo shoot library and archive
• Maintain Department Supplies
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including Senior Management
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of companies we do business with
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience:
• 1 – 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
