Description
The Administrative Assistant, Commercial Partnership provides administrative support to the VP of Commercial Partnerships and UMG Commercial Partnerships Team(s) in the areas of account and label support and service. Key support includes managing meeting schedules, T&E, preparing presentations along with the distribution and communication of information across teams. This position supports digital accounts.
Job Functions:
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
• Answer phone and maintain a daily phone log
• Prepare and file weekly expense reports
• Prepare and proofread meeting agendas, reports, meeting minutes and other presentation materials as directed
• Compile streaming, marketing, CRM and social listening for internal distribution
• Communication of daily and weekly customer sales charts, playlist tracking and social media placement
• Support our Labels by fielding requests and questions regarding commercial partner activities and business
• Coordinate marketing precaps, project roll out plans, bi-weekly news items and social media campaigns
• Manage mailing or distribution lists as needed
• Assist in various daily operations and performing general office support
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight schedules
• Can do attitude
• Strong interest in music and pop culture
Experience:
• Knowledge of social media and current platforms of entertainment consumption
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
