Do you have experience in coordinating HR operations projects? Would you like to work for a leading global media organisation? If so, we'd love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting a HR Operations Projects Coordinator to join our HR team. The purpose of the role is to provide project management support as part of the Employee Services team reporting to the Employee Services Team Lead, EMEA.
This role will deliver various projects including HR administration and document management across EMEA, be part of the benefits renewals project team and lead on data efficiencies for the annual review preparations and processes. You will liaise directly with vendors and coordinate tender processes with our procurement team and lead the implementation for various new initiatives. Exposure to or an interest in to global mobility is also an advantage. Further, you will be the first level of escalations regarding processes, systems, payroll and general queries from the HR Executives, who support employees and managers across the EMEA region and are responding to day-to-day HR queries.

Responsibilities
include:
Coordinating HR operations projects as directed by the Employee Services Team Lead, EMEA and being the escalation for the Employee Services Team:
• Project Management: owning the end to end project coordination for varied initiatives:
• an international processes alignment project rolling out an employee services platform as main liaison point, also with the HR technology team;
• coordinating a document management system solution for EMEA HR files; implementation of an external immigration advisory supplier;
• a reference/background checking vendor;
• liaising directly with existing suppliers, coordinate tender processes with the procurement team and implementing new providers and respective processes plus training the team based on updates.
• Reward: collaboration with the Reward and HR Data Ops team to ensure all employee data management related to annual reviews are completed accurately in PeopleSoft in time for payroll deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.
• Benefits: coordinate the administration and processes that result of the annual employee benefits renewal for the EMEA region.
• Second level employee services escalation: resolving employee life cycle queries, escalating more complex queries to the team lead or HR Generalist, supporting the Employee Services team's focus of alignment and standardisation of HR processes and policies, ongoing process improvements to deliver consistency and quality:

Essential:
• Experience of working in HR and project management environment, understanding of HR administration, payroll and benefits
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) and fluent in an additional European language (verbal and written) would be beneficial.
• Keen interest in international HR and working in a diverse team.
• Enthusiastic to support various HR projects.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Proficient in standard MS Office products.
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure.
• Demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent customer service skills, good telephone manners and professional email etiquette with ability to communicate in writing at all levels displaying professional email etiquette.
