Trio Talent Agency Internship
Overview:
We are a boutique talent agency specializing in commercial, print, dance and choreography.
Confidentiality is a must for all our Interns, as you will be working closely with client's personal information.
Interns are expected to be charismatic while answering the phones as well as speaking in person making the clients feels welcomed.
Interns must be able to multi task and finish assignments within the time frame.
Sending clients their auditions notice and confirming them on LA Casting, Casting Frontier and The People Network, also book clients in and out due to personal reasons or shooting in all forums and Google Calendar.
Creating client profiles along with online portfolios for Word Press and all three forums, making sure their information is up to date.
Agent's duties, you will be trained in handling the following:
Sitting in during client interviews taking notes on the main details discussed with clients. Once you have enough sitting experience you will be conducting the meetings as the agent shadows you. Some of the key points are as follows:
• Assuring clients confirm their auditions
• Attending their auditions on time
• Updating their resumes & photos
• Book out whenever they are not available
• Managers
Learning the contract provided to the talent and be able to provide information if the talent has any questions. Furthermore, since we are SAG franchise, it is important clients fill out their contract appropriately to SAG standards.
After each meeting we will discussed about the talent and understanding what the ideal client/agency standards and relationship.
As stated earlier with auditions, you will be taught about all three forums and their differences. Sending out auditions and how to confirm a client. Also, when a client cannot confirm for any reason on a potential audition you will learn the procedure on how to replace talents.
Booking a talent:
You will be guided through the process of booking:
• Audition
• Callback
• Avail - confirming dates with Casting Directors
• Book - Speaking with production
(When speaking with Production Companies, it will be regarding flight information, call sheets, per diem, etc.)
• Create a booking profile
• Provide client's information to Casting Directors or Production
• Confirming talent for the shoot and booking them out from the forums
• Creating invoices
• Booking sheet
Required:
College credit - Please provide school contact number
Office Experience - Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Gmail; copies and faxing; filing; good verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service - Greeting guests; answering multi-line phones; taking detailed messages
Work Ethic - Punctual; professional; great at prioritizing tasks; able to follow verbal and written directions; good follow through on completion of projects; ability to work efficiently and effectively
The dress code is business casual
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred:
Social Media - Facebook & Twitter
Have your own laptop
Experience in an arts/entertainment field
