As a Coordinator in the Content Management Team, you are vital in cultivating & scaling our fast growing Video Services business; executing on a value proposition that drives client satisfaction, engagement and revenue! You'll work closely with YouTube Content leadership to ensure that our clients' content is viewed by as many people as possible, and earning revenue from viewed ads.
You're positive; an Orchard evangelist in and outside of the company because after all, this is exciting stuff! You're eager to learn and apply the knowledge you've gained from your past experiences to the rapidly evolving world of YouTube! You're impeccably accurate and detailed, while able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize appropriately. You're a fearless, creative problem solver that proactively pinpoints and reports on issues that arise pertaining to your daily tasks, and you would love to become familiar with YouTube's CMS. You're an excellent communicator who provides a high level of service both internally and externally, and you're great at following processes, procedures, and deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide an extraordinary level of support internally, and for clients, rights-holders and partners (e.g. YouTube) to ensure that content-related issues get resolved immediately (e.g. responding to inbound email requests)
- Efficiently work within The Orchard's internal systems, YouTube's CMS, and YouTube in order to optimize revenue-earning processes and foster the growth of our clients' content
- Execute quality assurance checks on partnered channels, UGC content, and all types of assets within CMS, adhering to a set schedule and ensuring all appropriate videos are claimed
- Basic comfort level and understanding of YouTube's CMS, and the delivery and management processes that go along with it (e.g. Content ID system, weekly fingerprint/delivery cycle, ingestion queue)
- Basic understanding of current YouTube channel best practices, channel category subject matter, and music industry/social media news and trends
- Provide clear and concise comments/notes in various internal tools
- Consistently meet and/or exceed performance objectives and deadlines
- Work closely with the Lead and Manager of the Content Management Team, communicating issues and roadblocks pertaining to team projects and procedures
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience in data entry/e-commerce/legal field
- College degree preferred
- Consistently punctual and able to adhere to a set schedule
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Well-organized and attentive to detail; outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications
Bonus Points:
- Passion for, knowledge of, and appreciation for music!
- Experience working in a CMS such as YouTube or VEVO, or working in the music industry
