Position Summary:
The Head of Branded Integrations will serve as the primary member of the company’s Marketing team and is responsible for establishing marketing platforms that drive revenue through branded integration.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial track record, a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies utilizing various platforms including: television, new media, and merchandising. The ability to navigate unpredictable situations with style and grace is always a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the branded, and marketing partnerships and integrations for series (whether produced by company or alternate production company)
• Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, studios, networks, and talent agencies to seek out and create opportunities for partnerships
• Manage projects cross-divisionally
• Develop and implement process to organically integrate advertisers into projects as well as identify advertisers interested in developing project
• Work with development and production team to ensure/create integrations that are in line with brand strategy
Ideal Experience:
• 5-7 years experience ideally with major TV network working in branded integrated marketing
• Proven record of ability to increase revenue though advertiser partnerships
• Relationships with advertisers, networks, studios, and talent that can be leveraged to generate opportunities.
• An independent thinker who looks outside traditional “product placement” uses and develops novel methods of integration.
• Detailed experience and knowledge of TV branded integrations
• Ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas to serve the objectives of the brand, networks, and production companies.
• Ability to continually acquire new relationships and marketing partnerships that bring new opportunities and media exposure
• Outstanding analytical, creative abilities, strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Loves TV and embraces the unpredictable process of selling it.
Other Personal Characteristics:
• Strong intellect/visionary thinker. An ability to grasp issues quickly and handle the complexities of TV rights, assets, talent and network needs combining analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual ability and judgment with a sense of humor.
• Working style. Has a genuine appreciation for those working in a creative process, with a genuine “caring” attitude. Flexible and adaptable to work with diverse personalities.
• Impeccable integrity and judgment. Can be counted on to do the “right thing,” and bring balance to diverse constituencies’ interests
• Exceptional communication skills and presentation capabilities.
• An exceptional listener with a strong sense of self.
