Full Time Job
Reporting the CEO, the BAMtech VP of Human Resources will provide leadership in developing and executing the human resources strategy for the worldwide organization. Working with the company's leaders and managers, this individual will tap into a strong knowledge of business operations and people practices to promote the company's strategic priorities, culture, mission and values.
Responsibilities
• Drive key HR initiatives and provide direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions domestically and internationally, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee engagement, training, organizational design and change.
• Promptly and effectively deal with all employee relations issues, grievances, etc. Work with Legal to support integrity issues throughout the business (including training and policy implementation).
• Lead the team charged with recruiting, engaging and supporting employees and to timely fill and onboard openings.
• Partner with vendors and other departments (accounting, legal, etc.) to optimize payroll, compliance and benefits
• Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards
• Develop and integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into business plan
• Dealing well with ambiguity and being comfortable within an organization going through a transformation is key in this role.
• Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees to encourage development and take full advantage of resources
• Evaluate the overall training needs and priorities of the business, and implement solutions that will close knowledge or performance gaps and improve key skills and competencies.
Basic Qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in human resources with international operations experience required; familiarity with Dutch employment law a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; MBA or Masters' degree a plus
• SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or GPHR preferred
Excellent communications skills, with second language proficiency a plus
• Experience managing the recruiting, onboarding and training processes at a high-growth company
• Ability to manage a highly distributed and diverse workforce
• Able to quickly learn and master third-party software solutions for company and HR functions
• Sense of humor, tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment which requires a roll-up the sleeves mentality
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; MBA or Masters' degree a plus
