Who we are…
The International Marketing team is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing campaigns for studio feature films across the 12 major international markets. The department also consults on ad campaigns and strategies for these regions and provides a general overview for the marketing group on what is happening in the marketplace on a global scale. This work includes content production from creative through final post production and delivery including short form and 'added feature' style content. This intern will support the Print services team.
Responsibilities
• Working specifically with the Print team on International creative campaigns for all Walt Disney Studios, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Lucasfilm, and Marvel films.
• Ability to contribute and perform administrative tasks such as uploading content to the server and making content is accessible by all members of the team who need it.
• Day to day management of all creative assets and coordination of title translation entries
• Assisting with the creation of handling all print production assets for special projects
• Work closely with vendors managing all territories title translations for each film
• Design custom templates and layouts, keeping in line with the film's marketing campaign
• Ensure creative consistency across each title (This will include any 'tidy up' work required on decks from International markets for Filmmaker presentations as well as trade presentations)
• Create In-theater mock-ups when needed for filmmaker presentations
• Conversion of PowerPoint to Keynote when required
• Participate in creative meetings, taking notes when needed
Basic Qualifications
• Good work ethic/attention to detail
• Someone familiar with creating exciting, dynamic, and visual Keynote and PowerPoint presentations
• Artistic eye and understanding of the graphic requirements of a project
• High attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Software proficiency: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) Mac iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) Proficient with Mac
• Professionalism and discretion regarding upcoming projects/properties
• Passion for movies
• Ability to work full-time, 40hrs/wk
Required Education
Currently pursuing or graduated (within 6 months) with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication

Additional Information:
• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must provide full time work availability
• Must provide own transportation to/from work. Position is located in Burbank, CA.
