Full Time Job
Workforce Technology is responsible for the strategy, implementation and end user support for TWDC enterprise systems for the workforce. This department within the HR Strategy Lab is responsible for partnering with the functional Center(s) of Excellence in Human Resources to develop their strategy & roadmap, piloting software and leading projects for system expansion.
This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits Projects. This role will be responsible for the management and successful completion of Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Systems projects including future tool evaluations. He/she will strive to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and within defined scope by utilizing his/her knowledge, experience, education and skills. He/she will manage all workstreams associated with the project and the team, in a matrixed environment (indirect and direct reporting relationships). He/she will manage and engage the Project Sponsor and Key Stakeholders and Functional Leads and other teams (including vendors) in efforts such as identifying requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, design and configuration while balancing competing demands for quality, scope, time and cost.
Upon completion of projects, he/she will transition sustainment to the Workforce Technology sustainment team for the Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility functions. He/she will work with the Workforce Technology sustainment team to share the product roadmap and represent the needs of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE).
As the new solutions are required, he/she will lead efforts to evaluate, select, fund and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
• Leads the team to gathers requirements, designs solution, configures system, plans and executes tests to meet needs of functional stakeholders
• Manages User Acceptance Testing (typically multiple iterations)
• Designs and manages the technical build of any offline data systems as necessary
• Coordinates (with the integrations team) the bi-directional integrations associated with the HCM to the solution. Specifies requirements, provides input on the design, creates the test plan, executes the test plan and approves integrations
• Leads cloud to cloud bi-directional integrations not associated to the HCM. Performs all facets of the lifecycle related to non HCM integrations.
• Creates, maintains and executes the master project plan. Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Mentor others as they create, execute and manage workstream project plans related to the overall master project plan (e.g. testing)
• Ensures all work activities are on track by following up with owners, identifying barriers, reporting barriers to Director, WF Technology, who will assist in solving barriers quickly
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Manages direct reports
• Trains others on system capabilities including configuration, design techniques, project management, integrations
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team, providing feedback and/or revising to meet standards
• Responsible for partnering with People Insights Team for HR analytics and dashboards
• Manages the use of the system during the cycle providing the agreed upon levels of service to the functional stakeholders
• Provide work assignments to direct reports
Leadership

• Project leader to Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility process leaders and IT for purposes of project deliverables

• Communicates effectively with COE and Segment Leaders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Sets and manages expectations
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase satisfaction and deepen relationships
Product Roadmap and Evaluation
• Leads efforts with the COE and Segment Leaders for the current and future product roadmap and design
• Leads the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), vendor demo/selection processes
• Assists DTSS client engagement with creation of project funding documents
• Manages any future projects for technology implementations
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years' experience managing / implementing or supporting large-scale multi business unit Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility solutions
• Hands on implementation of the IBM Kenexa and Equus Assignment Pro tools (configuration, reporting, job set up, project implementation/leadership) for global, multi-national Fortune 500 companies
• Ability to train others in use of tools
• Prior experience managing teams and direct reports
• Prior experience managing vendors
• Education or formal qualification in project management or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in project management software
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility business process and continuous improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical subjects/audiences

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience
