We are looking for a special person:
This person has run a fast paced office, has worked for a casting director or in a casting facility or has served as a casting director themselves. The more background you have in Casting the better!!!!!
This person understands the needs of production companies whether local or coming to California for a short time. This person has rented commercial offices spaces. This person understands where and how to post ads on Social Media for renting commercial office space. Its a plus to have to have your real estate license This person has experience organizing and setting up an Offices.
This person has a firm grip on all that is Social Media. This persons deals with multiple personalities with relative ease. Can answer telephones, organizes interns, organizes the kitchen area, deals with office contractors, and distributes the mail. it would be great if this person was bilingual however, it makes no difference its the collective skill set that most important. This person has an awareness of fashion. This person has a firm grip on word, excel, power point, and other computer programs. Would prefer a college degree however, again its the skill set is what we are looking for most. This covers most of the skill set needed for the position however, changes may be made therefore, a person who deals with changes easily is ideal.
This person must have a Can Do attitude!!!!!!
