Tastemade is currently seeking a Research Manager to help us understand who our audience is, and how they engage with our content and advertisers. The Research Manager works closely with Insights & Research Director to assist in overseeing all research related to campaigns and overall Tastemade business. He/she is expected to be an active participant on the business, consistently engaged and contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients, and putting innovative measurement & research solutions and storytelling in place for brand campaigns and for Tastemade overall. As part of the research group, the Research Manager will work closely with the advertising sales team, brand strategy, advertising operations, revenue operations, and programming team
What you'll do:
• Creates and presents measurement solutions and strategies, partnering with the insights & accounts team to create an appropriate measurement strategy for each brand campaign.
• Work closely across teams to analyze results & solutions, as well as tell Tastemade's audience story as well as overall industry stories and content ideation.
• Work on general reports on advertising effectiveness and audience trends.
• Oversee all campaign brand studies.
• Provide sign-off on client-facing materials and answer client queries on all brand health and ads measurement initiatives, coordinated with the team leads
• Create and present how each specific client's KPIs will be measured and addressed.
• Remain at the forefront of industry research & measurement best practices.
• Ensures that quality of measurement deliverables meet client expectations.
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 yrs experience in related role.
• Experience with developing measurement solutions for campaigns and expertise in social media metrics (across platforms) required.

• Strong knowledge of research, key providers, industry trends, social and video platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Must be comfortable working in a data-driven environment built around media, tech, advertising, and market research.
• Proficient in working with industry standard research and data solutions (Google Analytics, Nielsen, Millward Brown, MOAT, comScore).
• Able to work well in a highly collaborative and team environment.
• Able to be a self-starter and passionate about measurement & research.
• Ability to pull actionable insights from the campaign data and clearly communicate them to the team or client.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
