Full Time Unpaid Internship

The Tampa Bay Rays Information Technology department is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude to assist with the Help Desk functions of our front office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist the Help Desk Team to deliver technological support.
-Properly document all calls, issues and subsequent resolutions.
-Provide user-level software support, including but not limited to, MS Office 2010/2016 (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
-Upgrade, repair, replace computers and printers as needed.
-Assist with software installations.
-Assist in collecting information for inventory purposes.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
-Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, manage deadlines and possess exceptional organizational skills for our rapidly changing environment.
-Have strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working.
-At least a beginner’s knowledge of hardware and software installation.
-Should be familiar with Windows 7 & 10 Operating Systems and MS Office.
-Familiar with major smartphone and tablets models and OS
-A basic understanding of various mobile device platforms and Macintosh.
