Our client, a leading media company, located in Santa Monica, is looking for a freelance Post-Production Scheduler to join their creative team! In this role, you will work closely with the production team and ensure that all project tasks are assigned appropriately within the team calendar.
This is an onsite freelance role, regular weekday hours roughly 35-40 hours a week and it's an ongoing position with no scheduled end date.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily plans for the post-production team
Resource and schedule producers, editors, designers, etc. for the creative teams as needed
Maintain all creative schedules and monitor overtime to meet project requirments
Track reports and provide weekly project updates to Creative Director(s)
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all tasks are completed in a time-efficient manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years of experience as a Post-Production scheduler in an agency or creative environment
Proficient in Google Drive
Understanding of post-production (design, digital, and video)
Must have great attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
