In addition to traditional assistant duties of rolling calls, scheduling, this job is for someone whose endgame is a career in the entertainment industry representing talent. The fast paced environment demands that applicant be able to multi-task, adjust the non-traditional hours that representing talent might throw at you while working in a collaborative environment with multiple executives who oversee the company's talent division.
We are looking for someone detail oriented who is an effective communicator . Applicants must have at least one-year of entertainment industry experience with a strong understanding of media outlets, studios, agencies and management companies. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
