Administrative Assistant I, Crackle
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP, Global Distribution and Emerging Businesses and Media & Talent Relations and their respective departments. Key administrative responsibilities for the VP executives include managing phones and calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing talent lists, organizing travel, processing expenses and invoices, assisting with managing budgets, managing e-communications, coordinating mid-size to large scale events and maintaining media lists.
Global Distribution and Emerging Businesses responsibilities include:
• Track and chart different aspects of the business from key data sources
• Manage Crackle external presentations (PowerPoint)
• Manage Accounts Payables for Distribution Partners (Excel)
• Summarize potential contracts and deals
• Help manage relationships with technology partners and content partners (external/internal- sending updates/swag, etc.)
• Manage original programming releasing window schedule
• Assist in corporate event planning ( CES, partner day, etc.).
• Monitoring applications across PlayStation, XBox, Roku..etc. (i.e. watching lots of movies)
• Daily communication of ratings
Media Relations responsibilities include:
• Working on a daily basis with high level talent and representatives.
• Following up with reporters when necessary and assisting with media outreach.
• Acting as liaison between departments to make sure talent reels, photos, key art, clips, etc. are available at deadline.
• Coordinating events and plan for TCA, Comic Con, Newfronts, Upfronts and various show premieres, genre conventions and photo shoots.
• Booking cars and travel for talent for press appearances.
• Managing mass screener mailings for U.S. and Canada series launches and award campaigns.
• Maintaining extensive media lists for U.S., Canada and games division.
• Maintaining and updating awards campaigns/panel grid and making sure deadlines are met.
• Creating asset release timelines and calendars.
• Helping with department budget and processing all invoices in a timely manner.
• Drafting press releases.
• Distributing daily press breaks.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4 year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience supporting a high level Executive
• Advanced computer skills, must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and some Photoshop and HTML
• Experience with SAP and Ariba
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team-player, tactful and relationship oriented
• Ability to perform / learn new tasks outside the candidate's immediate range of skills
• Passion for television entertainment and pop culture
• Enthusiastic user of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
• Experience with Ariba and/or SAP is a plus
