As a content driven company, the Digital Promotions Manager for SamePlate Entertainment is the lead in creating value for our artists and content through all owned, earned, and paid media properties. Furthermore, their duties are to help scale our team in each portion of Digital Promotions, and will help to serve in a traditional product management role for some artists.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the relationships and management of all owned (artist/label websites, social platforms, etc.), earned (online content publishers, social media partners, user generated content, etc.), and paid (advertising, influencer marketing, repost/playlisting, etc.) media partners
• Create and execute full digital marketing campaigns for each artist and SamePlate Entertainment, in unison with overall rollout and content strategy
• Manage full digital marketing budget alongside artist team
• Develop weekly social content calendars w/ our team for SamePlate Entertainment and select artists that request this
• Manage SamePlate Entertainment social media platforms
• Forge new relationships with potential digital partners & relevant new technologies
• Grow our artists and label owned audience and retargeting pool, as well as develop overarching strategy we can implement on this front
• Acquire/partner with content distributors online in mass
• Develop and manage a network of influencers on an international scale
• Manage the relationship between Sony Music’s Digital Marketing & CRM teams, and SamePlate Entertainment Music
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of professional digital marketing experience, including social advertising campaigns
• Proficient in base level social media analysis
• Proficient in owned/earned/paid media strategies
• Bachelor's degree not required, but a plus
