Job Description:
The Digital Content Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Digital Content Marketing on managing the successful execution of advertiser integrated projects within Scripps Lifestyle Studios across SNI's Food, Home, and Travel categories. S/he will gain an understanding of digital advertiser models and develop production and client management skills. This position is highly collaborative and touches many different groups such as marketing, editorial, sales and production. Seeking someone with a passion for creating strong digital content, is a great project manager, and has the ability to stay on top of urgent deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Director of Digital Content Marketing to manage and lead day to day integrated content marketing programs within Scripps Lifestyle Studios including (but not limited to) custom video series, branded social content, and photo shoots.
• Manage production timelines and deliverables for active integrated executions.
• Maintain updates to existing activation templates for projects throughout the course of production in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Participate in content marketing brainstorms for Scripps Lifestyle Studios advertiser programs.
• Fulfill product orders for upcoming Scripps Lifestyle Studios advertiser shoots.
• Maintain the organization of key activation deliverables and assets in SNI's Box tool.
• Work with the Director of Digital Content Marketing to support the development and implementation of Appian, a project management tool.
• Assist in tracking and distributing final assets internally that are needed as activations near completion.
Requirements:
• 1 year of professional work experience supporting digital/social/video content marketing initiatives within a media, digital and/or agency based organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively.
• Problem solver.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player that has the flexibility to wear many different hats and work with several different departments.
• Self-motivated, can work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and be familiar with key social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat.)
• Experience working in project management software a plus!
