The Ad Sales Marketing Coordinator supports the Ad Sales Marketing Manager and team to develop and implement cohesive, revenue-generating marketing solutions for Travel Channel/Great American Country that support our national advertisers' objectives. A successful candidate will be able to execute and deliver quality work in a timely manner.

• Support implementation of Travel Channel & Great American Country's marketing opportunities and any custom sponsorships including on and off channel campaigns
• Key contact for Ad Sales Marketing, partnering with teams across the company such as Sales, Programming, Creative Services, Business Affairs, Talent, Digital, and PR to execute added value packages
• Manage collection of sponsor assets and approval processes to fully implement added value such as Custom Billboards, Tagged Tune-Ins, and Short Form
• Assist with the development of sales materials including Series Sponsorship packages and recaps of custom promotions
• Support Manager and Director with responses to RFPs including brainstorming creative solutions for advertiser needs and designing pitch decks
• Assist with budget management and invoicing
• Administrative support on special projects such as Upfront presentation/toolkit and events as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
• Bachelor Degree
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing and able to travel
Strongly Desired:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong creative thinking and problem solving ability
• Experience managing client promotions and custom executions
