Title: Manager, Digital
Reports To: Director, Digital
FLSA Status: Exempt
Manage the company's day-to-day digital content and engagement, as well as the team members who support it. Play key role in driving continual advancement of the organization's ''3.0'' initiatives online.
Provide leadership to organization's Digital Producer, Coordinator and Interns.
Act as day-to-day lead on marketing and partnership integration into digital-related platforms, including support of conception, activation and planning.
Lead the organization's day-to-day management of content and engagement across its digital network, including but not limited to Sacramento Kings, Golden 1 Center, Downtown Commons and Kings Guard Gaming.
Use analytics to test, support, report, benchmark and guide evolution of content and engagement strategy.
Actively seek out and recommend innovative methods to enrich the digital fan experience and lead the development and implementation of new initiatives.
Enhance the team's connection with its online audience and coordinate collaboration opportunities with industry influencers.
Regularly work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
4-6 years of experience creating digital and social content, as well as engagement strategy for a team, brand or agency.
4-plus years of experience interacting with developers and content producers to achieve a common goal.
Expert knowledge in the latest digital, social and mobile-related trends and a drive to test new ways in which to adopt cutting-edge concepts for a team or brand.
Degree in related field preferred.
Well-versed in web, mobile and social CMS platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experienced copy editor.
Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and video editing platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and digital-related reporting platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and utilizing data to inform future decisions.
Passionate about customer service and committed to creating WOW! moments.
Knowledgeable about the Sacramento Kings, NBA, entertainment, pop culture and gaming.
Motivated to thrive in face-paced, deadline-oriented workplace.
Team and detailed oriented.
