Full Time Job
This position provides support for SDI's worldwide offices to ensure proper execution of production-related documents in compliance with SDI policies/standards, local laws and requirements, and SDI clients' requirements.
This position requires a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands under deadline-driven scenarios. Commitment to quality, timely communication, and excellent customer service applies to all facets of the position.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
•Perform quality control of routine documentation required for SDI's international dubbing production.
•Communicate with SDI staff and third party vendors to resolve any issues until the documents pass quality control standards.
•Communicate status to supervisor and other SDI staff including sales, client services, production, and finance.
•Maintain digital and physical archives of various documents.
•Track production status information on a regular basis to monitor completion of documentation requirements that are timed to specific milestones (e.g., recording completion) and follow-up accordingly.
•Ability to adhere to a full-time schedule, with some flexibility to accommodate international offices across multiple time zones

Qualifications and Experience
•Proficiency in business writing
•Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and PDF (Adobe) documents
•Patience in spades, with a willingness to explain requirements and educate others when needed
•Entertainment/media production experience (including avid consumption of film and TV content) and/or international experience (including travel) is a plus
•Previous experience working with contracts administration is not required but may be an advantage
