Rodale Inc. is looking for a motivated, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented candidate to provide temporary assistance across the Planning, Analytics, and Billing functions within the Digital Revenue Operations Group. In this temporary role, you will gain valuable, on-the-job, and highly transferable experience in Digital Media & Advertising as well as exposure to best-in-class brands including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Prevention, Runner’s World, and Bicycling while working in either our NYC or Emmaus, PA offices.
Responsibilities:
• Assist media planners during the RFP stage with pulling availability forecasts through our ad server, Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP).
• Make necessary revisions to submitted proposals, as requested, within Excel templates.
• Accurately enter media plan and IO data into our digital advertising order management platform, AdBook by FatTail.
• Assist with daily QA of digital advertising campaigns running across Rodale O&O sites and alert the appropriate trafficker and account strategist managing the campaign on any ad serving issues.
• Review automated weekly sell-through reports for accuracy and distribute with summary of inventory at-risk to key stakeholders across the organization.
• Assist in the monthly billing reconciliation process by working with planners and strategists to ensure all campaign billable data are gathered on time by the billing deadline, actualizing campaign delivery data within AdBook as required, and pulling final monthly billing reports.
• Provide backup and overflow support as assigned by the RevOps management team ensuring a balanced workload across all RevOps functions.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge or strong interest in digital media and advertising.
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with DoubleClick DFP and Google Analytics is a plus.
• BA/BS degree
