RightsTrade, the leading online marketplace for film and TV content licensing, is looking for a dynamic, highly quantitative and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of the company's marketing strategy.
We offer a great opportunity to be an integral part of the growth of an innovative and disruptive online marketplace, and to learn about the latest trends in film and TV distribution. The ideal candidate should have outstanding digital marketing skills, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute with new ideas.
The Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
- Strategically execute tailored lead-gen marketing campaigns to expand a community of 17,000+ industry professionals;
- Generate content across different media and platforms to increase platform engagement and provide value to clients, users and the overall entertainment industry;
- Analyze user activity metrics and implement sales conversion and client engagement strategies;
- Update and redesign user walk-through guides and video tutorials;
- Integrate and optimize third party applications (Appcues, JotForm, Instapage, Wordpress…);
- Lead and develop social strategy including LinkedIn, FB & Twitter. Formulate content plan to drive new users and increase platform engagement;
- Design marketing materials and campaigns to support sales team before, during and after key meetings and industry events;
- Contribute with ideas to improve overall user experience;
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience;
- B2B SaaS and/or M&E experience preferred;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using email marketing services like Mailchimp;
- Mult-platform content creation and management experience (Photoshop, Wordpress, Powerpoint…);
- Strong interest in the convergence of technology and media & entertainment;
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
- Hands-on, proactive and collaborative attitude.
