Relativity EuropaCorp Distribution is seeking a highly-motivated and proactive full-time Theatrical Accounts Coordinator to support our Theatrical Distribution team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for handling general duties including, but not limited to:
-Maintain trial balance of designated clients within database system (TDS); including entering daily film grosses, collecting and entering weekly box office reports as well as posting all associated payments.
-Auditing outstanding payments and box office reports for delinquent payments and errors.
-Coordinating with internal departments and clients to ensure all theatrical clients have up to date and accurate paperwork for both Relativity Media and EuropaCorp.
-Cultivating new relationships and continue the development of existing relationships with clients.
-Coordinate and process all incoming box office reports for cash department.
-Collecting and processing mail for cash department.
-Supporting fellow cashiers to help input all payments and reports efficiently.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience required.
-Data entry skills, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Knowledge of Hollywood Software/TDS is strongly preferred.
-Highest degree of organizational skill, with the ability to quickly absorb, retain and distill information, and then prioritize work accordingly.
-Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization, marked by a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, composure, and poise.
-A self-motivated individual, who is solution-oriented, and can seamlessly handle multiple tasks/special projects within specified deadlines.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently as well as with a team and exercise substantial discretion and judgment.
-The successful candidate must be able to work overtime, as the need arises.
