Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking Wardrobe Department Intern to serve as design, clerical, and financial assistants to the Wardrobe Department within the company.
About the role…
Reporting to the Wardrobe team, the Wardrobe Interns will assist in facilitating wardrobe logistics for theme park, cruise line and corporate event accounts. The Wardrobe Interns will help to organize show installs and be a vital asset to the production.
What's expected…
• Source, shop, purchase and return pieces and supplies as needed by the Wardrobe department.
• In collaboration with the Wardrobe team, organize production prep and install.
• Edit and update cast lists, labels, and Wear and Care guides per the request of the creative team.
• Update and manage expense reports.
• Label costumes and accessories.
• Organize inventory of Wardrobe stock.
• Willingness to learn theatrical wardrobe skills: basic sewing, alteration practices, basic wig care.

What you bring…
• Experience or interest in the theatre or entertainment industry
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft and Mac software such as Numbers, Pages, and Excel
• Great energy and positivity is a MUST
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb and work from ladders
• Motivated, loyal, passion, integrity, mission-driven, and self-directed
The deal…
• Work three (3) full business days per week
• Office hours are 9am-5pm
• Stipend or college credit and MetroCard
• Starting on or about October 30, 2017 and ending on or about February 2, 2018
