Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team of world-class designers and production staff.
About the role…
The ideal candidate will be a key influencer on organizational culture at RWS and is responsible for effective management of the full range of human resources functions including employee relations, training & development, compensation/benefits, & performance management.
What's expected…
- Administrative - update, manage, implement the following: standard operating procedures, company handbooks, performance evaluation procedure, companywide committees, etc.
- With legal, maintain all legal and HR contracts and files.
- With finance, coordinate payroll, 401k plan management, workers comp, and benefits management.
- Develop & Oversee entire onboarding procedure including, job postings, interviews, hiring packets, orientations and all recruiting efforts, so that new hires are properly introduced to corporate culture.
- Coordinate all employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee relations and disputes.

What you bring…
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development
- 5 years professional experience in HR management
- Knowledge and familiarity with labor laws
- HRIS is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong strategic skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail with an ability to operate on both conception and implementation levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced office
- Ability to adhere to strict confidential requirements and exercise good judgment
- Proficiency with MAC computers, MS Office software, MS Teams, Wrike, and Slack is a plus
