We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist for our LA office. Ideal candidate would have 2+ years experience in a related field and would work directly under studio manager in overseeing production assistants, handling client services, facilitating various miscellaneous requests and keeping a smooth running office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering and transferring incoming calls on multiple lines
Greet and direct all visitors & high-profile guests
Assist with client service needs
Manage conference room reservations and set-up
Interact with customers, vendors and internal staff
Interact with company owners and top executives
Handle incoming and outgoing shipping
Sort and distribute mail
Help in travel arrangements
Order office supplies
Maintain upkeep of office
Assist in clerical duties
Typing letters and emails
The candidate must have proficiency with using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must be familiar with general office equipment (such as copiers, fax, PC, etc). Previous experience in production and/or client services is a plus. We are looking for someone who is organized, able to think outside the box and pays attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are key. Must be discreet when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. With the ability to multitask successfully and prioritize tasks. Must be reliable in attendance and punctuality.
