As a member of the Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter's (THR) marketing team, the goal of the Integrated Marketing Coordinator position is to ideate cross-platform marketing concepts (with emphasis on digital, video and social) and create clear and compelling integrated proposals in response to RFPs. This position reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Strategize and develop custom marketing solutions for clients in the entertainment category (film and TV)
• Oversee the writing and creation of compelling proposals that leverage Billboard and THR's suite of assets: digital, video, social, product, experiential and print
• Attend brainstorms and write meeting recaps, as needed
• Create program recap house ads
• Create program recap decks for advertisers
• Presentations and one sheets: work with marketing and design team to create proposals, presentations and one sheets
• Traffic LOA's, sweepstakes rules, and other legal documents through legal team
• Work events, when necessary, in client-support role or dedicated event role
• Submit invoices for marketing department
• Marketing reporting and tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital, publishing or other media marketing
• Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-faced work environment
• Passion for music and entertainment
