Mac Support Specialist
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated Mac Support Specialist who has both an inner geek and an outward sense of creativity. You should be as comfortable helping people navigate the Finder as you are in a terminal window. You love technology and you especially love the Mac, but you are most happy when collaborating and recognizing shared goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide day-to-day support of macOS & iOS systems
• Manage support requests as well as longer-term project work
• Participate in Help Desk rotations
• Deliver training on the use of macOS, iOS, and relevant software
• Generate and update support documentation
• Improve and automate existing processes
• Help people focus on making awesome movies
REQUIREMENTS:
• You have macOS & iOS system administration experience
• You have excellent verbal and written communication
• You manage your time well and have a knack for prioritizing tasks
• You love to troubleshoot but you also know when to “just reboot it”
• You love working on an eclectic team
• You have an enthusiasm for learning new skills
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
• Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Scripting (ruby, bash, python)
• JAMF’s Casper Suite
• Cloud Services (Box, Slack, Trello, Okta)
