We embrace ambitious individuals looking to both learn and actively contribute to our current campaigns and projects. Over the course of the internship, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, brainstorming, and improving on campaigns. This is an unpaid internship granting students course credit; we are looking for interns who are able to dedicate approximately 20-25 hours per week or more starting in October through to January 2017 and beyond, if desired.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing
Eligible for course credit
Schedule:
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
We offer flexible workdays and hours to accommodate your schedule.
Internship responsibilities:
-General admin support for accounts
-Taking part in creative brainstorms to discuss ideas for clients
-Assisting with competitive research projects
-Keeping spreadsheets and plans updated, as directed by team
-Assisting with company and client marketing projects
-Online research into new clients and advertising ideas, and generating ideas as part of a team
-Helping our leadership and marketing team to prepare for pitches and presentations; taking meeting notes, and refining proposal documents
-Assist with social media tasks, as directed by the executive team
-Help to schedule and follow up on creative and production tasks
-New Business administration support services, including typing up marketing agreements, handling correspondence and managing
-Proofread and update content and data
-Assist marketing team efforts with content, digital, and social media marketing campaigns
-Various administrative support tasks
Ideal qualifications:
-No prior marketing experience is necessary, but a passion for marketing and digital media is a MUST
-Experience with content creation, even if not professionally
-Experience with social media strategies and platforms
-Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and keynote is a major plus!
-Knowledge of MS Office Suite: MSWord, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
-Exceptional:
Verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Accuracy in data input
Organizational abilities
Reliability
