Overview
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience as well as learn the ins and outs of a creative full-service agency.
This is an unpaid internship granting students course credit; we are looking for interns who are able to dedicate at least 20-25 hours per week or more.

Requirements
• Eligible for course credit
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Assisting Accountants with financial analysis of actual projected expenses
• Assisting with revenue processing
• Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to track, compile and analyze data
• Handling and Reconciling Project Invoice Reports
• Completing special projects as needed and other duties assigned
• Completing miscellaneous, special projects of the Finance department as needed
• Processing and Reporting daily cash receipts
Qualifications:
• Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills
