Works closely with the producer to assist with projects/assignments and will serve as the central point of contact for matters related to her day-to-day operations. Demonstrates ability to speak clearly, pleasantly and courteously. Good listening/comprehension skills are a must. Manages busy executive calendar. Makes travel arrangements, schedules meetings, processes expense reports, etc. Handles confidential documents and matters for the producer with the utmost sensitivity. Answers, screens and forwards incoming calls. Performs general clerical functions,e.g. copying, filing, etc. Acts as receptionist and administrative support to office personnel as required. Ability to represent the company within the entertainment community.
Must have good command of the English language and be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format.
1-3 years Executive support experience in the Entertainment Industry. Experience working in an Animation Studio preferred.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent customer service skills, must be self-motivated and a self-starter. Strong interpersonal, organizational and social skills.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously under minimal direction.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize work assignments to ensure goals and timelines are met.
Knowledge of the Animation, Visual Effects or Live Action film is preferred.
Mandarin speaking is a plus.
