A production coordinator who loves production, wants to be a producer, and performs well under pressure. When applying, please provide your answer to the following question:

*We're looking for someone with the following experience and character traits:*
- 2-5 years working in commercial, film or TV production.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and ability to effectively lead a team.
- Proactive. Immense initiative -- you're always thinking about what can be done next.
*Responsibilities and duties:*
Manage timelines, budgets, and calendars during pre-production, production and post-production.
Work with producers and other members of the production team to contribute to overall production development.
Support producers with booking locations and crew, coordinating payments, travel, and other logistics.
Create and maintain production schedules, project milestones.
Send and track all incoming and outgoing payments pertaining to projects.
Maintain office equipment (track inventory, schedule repairs, coordinate rentals, etc.).
Liaising with a small group of production interns to ensure an efficient and sustainable workflow.
Other office and on-set duties as they arise.
*Where and how will this unfold?*
You'll work closely with our team of producers, directors, and post Digitalians on-site at Nurture, in the heart of Culver City's Hayden Tract techbed, in a modern office across the street from Apple Music and a short walk from one of LA's best hikes, the Culver Steps. A few blocks from Bar Nine, Blue Bottle and restaurant row, your feet will have no shortage of places to take you.
