GENERAL/OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the International Creative team with on-air, multi-platform and corporate assignments, ranging from style guides, graphics
production, sizzles and production shoots as needed.
• Manage all stages of the project from assignment brief through final delivery, liaising between internal creative and production teams
and external clients and vendors.
• Initiate project briefs with creative team on Show Manager and assign vendor accordingly. Set-up meetings as needed and issue
communication throughout the project timeline.
• Create and maintain project schedule and budget approved by Creative Director and Supervising Producer.
• Communicate with BALA, MML, Production and Post Production on legal contracts, music/media licensing and any brand
restrictions/guidelines.
• Liaise with Domestic counterparts for internal resources/assets and Global Content Operations team for delivery workflow and
communication.
• Ensure that external vendor has all materials needed for assigned projects.
• Submit each round of the project to the Creative team for review, and compile feedback in a timely manner. Route notes to vendor,
making sure the project is progressing on schedule.
• Maintain status update on all assigned projects to team members during weekly department meeting.
• Coordinate delivery of all project deliverables from vendor.
• Track invoices from vendors/freelancers to submit for processing by Production team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners so projects can run smoothly and successfully.
REQUIREMENTS - SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in television/entertainment/media production.
• 1-2 years experience in the Project Management role.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills (oral and written).
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must be a forward thinker and have the ability to anticipate issues, propose solutions and problem solve with minimal supervision.
• Ideal candidate will possess initiative, show flexibility, be willing to work extra hours if necessary, and be a team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface and thrive within a deadline-oriented, fast-paced and creative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
