Netflix is seeking an experienced Marketing Credits Coordinator.

We're looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the various Legal and Guild requirements for credits in marketing materials, experience working with Paid Advertising Statements and billing blocks, and an ability to handle a high volume of Guild submissions while flagging potential issues. Knowledge of the evolving Made for New Media landscape is a big plus. Most importantly we're looking for a strong Netflix culture fit.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement workflow with Marketing team to ensure Guild & Union compliance on all marketing and publicity materials, including for Films, Series, Documentaries, etc.
• Review and submit Paid Ads to WGA and DGA for approval
• Obtain necessary waivers and liaise with Guilds to resolve issues with non-compliant/disapproved ads
• Prepare and/or review Paid Ads/Talent Restrictions & Approvals Statements outlining contractual obligations for Theatrical and Made for New Media Films
• Prepare and/or review Billing Blocks and ensure contractual and Guild/Union compliance
• Advise and educate marketing team about Guild requirements and compliance
• Develop and maintain internal and external cross-functional relationships
The successful candidate will also possess the following skills:
• Clear and concise communication - Are you the friend who coordinates and disseminates plans with the focus of an air traffic controller?
• Keen attention to detail and good judgment - You love to dig into the specifics of a project with the eagle eye of an auditor, but you know when the particulars truly matter.
• Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment - Are you the type of person who needs someone to micromanage each part of your day and tasks? Need not apply.
