What we are looking for:
So here's the story - Netflix is a rapidly growing, exciting, dynamic and ever-changing business in need of an amazing HR Director for our EMEA business. Our culture shapes who we are and how we operate - we need someone who is just as passionate about the culture as they are about the work. This role is based in Amsterdam, NL and will partner with a wide range of teams across the entirety of the Netflix business. The focus of the job is to assess, build, coach and influence the talent & leaders across the region. In short, it's a pretty amazing gig.

The ideal candidate:
First and foremost, you understand the business and the culture. You will be a shining example of what it means to be a stunning colleague in the Amsterdam office - living our values, understanding how our culture comes to life, and possessing a deep knowledge of the business. This role is unique in the sense that you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR disciplines - org design, compensation, employee development and engagement, and much more. HR Business Partners are able to work across the entire scope of the HR responsibility. You'll learn the business and culture inside and out such that you are able to provide strategic HR partnership (not HR best practices, process or policy) to the business.

You will be a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a collaborative and influential leadership style, exceptionally refined EQ, the ability to inspire others into action, and to think creatively about solutions. You must have a passion for the Netflix business and culture, comfort with ambiguity, and able to make quick, well-informed decisions. Experience:
This position requires 10-15 years of progressive HR/OD/OE experience. Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment, marketing, and technology. Since our business is rapidly growing, your experience working in fast-paced and quickly changing environments is critical. It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway - you need to be an excellent coach, communicator, influencer and leader.
