We are looking for a talented and experienced attorney to provide legal support for our marketing and communications teams in Japan. The successful candidate will advise on a host of entertainment marketing and communications initiatives, with particular focus on our global and Japanese original titles (e.g., series, films, documentaries, stand-up and unscripted programming).

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have several years of broad-based advertising, promotions, marketing, production, e-commerce and consumer protection experience, preferably with a focus on entertainment and/or media. In house experience preferred. Expertise drafting and negotiating agreements in one or more of the following areas: partner co-promotions, marketing agreements (including creative and advertising agency agreements, offline and online advertising media buys and other deals, and sponsorships) and entertainment production agreements. Experience partnering with marketing and communications teams and working with cable or satellite companies, broadcasters or entertainment companies. Strong English and Japanese language skills are required. He or she must be excited to be part of high performing culture.
