The? ?Role
The Coordinator for Originals Publicity - Latin America will play a key role in supporting the growing originals publicity team for the region. Duties are varied, extensive and timely. We are looking for someone who wants to help innovate in the coordinator role and help us work better and faster. The work will include but is not limited to: facilitating interview requests from regional media; assisting with talent itineraries and interview schedules; communicating with outside representatives across our titles; supporting junket, premiere and press day activations including staffing and talent handling; coordinating/ liaising with outside agencies to ensure timely execution of various campaign tactics such as assigning screeners via Netflix media site, managing asset debuts and/or booking travel; coordinating with outside vendors to track contracts and ensure timely payment; assisting with meeting schedules and facilitation including helping put together presentations or agendas, coordinating audiovisual needs, booking conference rooms and/or taking minutes; tracking top press coverage on key titles; updating various lists, documents and charts on the department’s google drive; coordinating with local agencies to order print dailies and/or magazines; liaising with localization team and/or local agencies for translation of PR materials including press releases, media alerts and general messaging; other duties as assigned.

A great communicator -- via email, by phone, in-person -- and a stellar writer in both English and Spanish. Being fluent in both languages is a must.

Qualifications
The successful candidate for Coordinator will have 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or agency public relations setting. They will be a clear and concise communicator in a variety of media, and bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). BA/BS required.
