Responsibilities Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to VP including calendar management, answering phones, travel arrangements, expenses
• Schedule meetings, maintain distribution lists, shared drives and provide general office support as needed
• Plan logistics for meetings, events and roundtables including room reservations, technology set-up, and catering
• Maintain and update departmental org charts
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters, data and documents.
• Perform special projects or assignments as needed.
This role will also be an active team member of our Enterprise Talent Development team, and have the following responsibilities:
• Supports Talent Development team in delivering successful learning experiences including; logistics, attendee lists, venue details, assessments, creating printed collateral, evaluations and course nominations for Talent Lab experiences and training classes
• Support the management of NBCUniversal's Talent Lab at 30 Rockefeller Center – our onsite corporate university space
• Communicates and works with Human Resources, Event Planning, Finance, Catering, Facilities and/or other NBCUniversal teams to support the operations and management of Talent Lab experiences and space
• Organizes, orders, and keeps inventory of program supplies, including technology tools used in learning experiences (iPad set up, storage closet, materials, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of talent management, learning and development, human resources and/or talent acquisition experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic/intermediate Excel skills and advanced PowerPoint skills (ability to create new decks and edit existing materials)
